Chili Notes

Note 1: I make pretty fine kitchen-sink chili (ie everything in it but the kitchen sink).
Note 2: When the original guidelines call for 1/2 a chili pepper, and you are halving the recipe, adding a whole chili pepper means your chili will have serious kick. This is not a bad thing, just FYI.
Note 3: It's still pretty fine chili though, and I'll bet it'll taste even better tomorrow.
