Last night I wrote a post...

A decent one, telling about my day that lasted from 8:30am (when I left the house) to 9:30pm (when I finally came home). Then my computer had issues and ate it. So let's just say that it was a really long day, my classes sorta sucked, but the SE Europe Discussion group was interesting and having drinks with anthropologists made up for classes and dull library training seminars.

Today I get to go winge about DESTIN and dance, so I'm going to get some reading done before that (maybe).

Chili Rocks

and it rocked. I have this veggies chili recipe I found that I have now truly made my own. It is spicy with lots of different veggies and (this time) chicken. Not only is it nummy, but if I eat it over rice I can make a 1/2 batch (per the now mangled recipe) last for days. One thing I will definitely keep about the recipe is that you add a bit of chopped chocolate right at the end. Everyone looks at me strangely, but it works, smooths it out, adding complexity and color. So, so yummy.
