Busy Morning
Jul. 18th, 2003 01:34 pmDidn't sleep fabulously, but I did get some stuff done this morning (beyond my usual "ER" ritual). Threw on some clothes, bought a 1-week bus pass (since my new discount card finally arrived) and then I ran down to Chinatown where I bought a new pair of rice paddy shoes, as well as some spring onions and picked up money for going out.
I also stopped in at STA and took a look at what fares they're offering to get me home. So far, with a direct flight at £285, they're beating out what I've found on the 'net.
After all that I'm tuckered out. I think I'll make some lunch and then take a nap. Later on, it's all about finishing Bosnia the Good and getting ready to go out.

Can't wear what I wanted (too hot)
Jul. 18th, 2003 08:36 pmEarlier it was nice and cool. I thought I could get away with (finally!) getting to wear my sheer grey top out. Unfortunately, it got warm again, so once more I'm wearing one of my tank tops out. Bleh, so sick of wearing them, but everything else I have is long sleeved and I will overheat in it. Grrrr.
Okay, winge done, need to get jewelry and make-up on and get out of here. The Ballroom beckons.
