A Request (this is not a joke)

This one may be bizarre, but you can all cope.

If you are talking with me on AIM, commenting in my LJ, etc, please, god please, do not mention to me that "you'll be home soon" or any such thing. I know some of you are excited that I'm coming home, and honestly I'm flattered. Right now though 10,000 very difficult words stand between me and home. Every time someone says "but you're coming home soon" I start to panic a bit, because I don't have near enough work done. I'm living in a time warp of sorts and it's the only thing that keeps me going, so for the sake of my sanity please refrain.
