A Day I Though Would Never Come

Radovan Karadzic has been arrested by Serbian secret police after more than a decade "on the run". The NYT article is here and there is also reporting from the BBC. It was generally known where he was (hiding in Serbia, typically around Pale), but no real effort was made by the Serbian authorities to bring him in. I guess the fact that no arrests mean no chance of getting into the EU finally meant more to the government than pissing off the nationalist.

I hope he rots in jail for the rest of his days and then wherever he moves onto after his death he will know the suffering of all of his victims.
