Last Night

I went out with Wendy last night. It was way fun. I gave her the grand tour of Burien, we ate Teriyaki, chatted and then went to see Ocean's Eleven , which was a good movie, with a major eye-candy factor (think George Clooney, Matt Damon, and Brad Pitt all in one elevator). It was really nice to see Wendy again. I miss her, but I am glad that sees doing okay in Colorado.

Seeing Wendy was definitely the big highlight of the day. earlier in the day I tried taking a heat gun to my skating boots in an attempt to alleviate the pain they are currently causing me. It failed utterly. I knew as I was doing it that it was a long shot, but I still had some hope. No luck though. Guess that's the way the bearing rolls.

Now I'm off to continue to look for scholarships on the web. *looks enviously at people who got money from their schools of choice*

Greetings O Great One! Glad you had a fun time last night! I agree, Ocean's 11 is a good movie (didn't hurt to have the elevator scene, eh?). I'll keep burning incense to the Skating Boots Gods and see what they can do. ;-)
