It's too hot. I'm wearing yoga pants rolled up to my knees, and down to my hips, and a sports bra. I still feel like I'm going to melt. Right now it's 28 degrees C and supposedly it's going to be hotter tomorrow, so hot the bookies are taking bets that it'll get above 37 (100 F) for the first time since records began. Bookmakers William Hill cut their odds against a 100F reading from 16/1 to an all-time low of 14/1 according to this article.
