Work

May I just mention that this whole work idea is overrated? Once upon a time I thought I could live without a part-time assistant. I was soooo wrong. I am swamped and every time I think I might catch up 10 more things come raining down that have to be done NOW. "How does this happen?" you ask. Frankly, I have no clue. In theory I'm a glorified receptionist, but they just keep giving me more to do, mostly because I'm the only person in this office without patients to see. At least my boss feels kind of bad about it, and they are paying me pretty damm well. I am appreciated. Plus there is a promise that eventually I will get a part-time assistant who I will train to take over my job when I leave for London. I just need to keep reminding my self of that (and get more bloody sleep)
