Holiday Cheer

Happy Holidays to one and all. May you spend a peaceful Winter Holiday and may this New Year improve upon the last one. That said.....

Bah humbug!

It's CHristmas morning, and I'm just a touch ill. My preferences at this point would tend toward laying in bed, but I have to go meet my father, stepmother, stepbrother, and others at 13 Coins for brunch.Then I will return home for presents and dinner at home. I feel fat already.

I will note that some of this venom comes from the fact that I had to work yesterday (though only until 3pm) and I get to work a full day tomorrow as well. The good side to this is that I got to meet up with Marci last night after work. We went to the Market to pick up comics, went to Choy's for dinner and in the midst of it all had a nice little chat-up. It was all good.

One meal down....

I just got back from Brunch with my Father and company. Alll sorts of good fun was had. I got to see my bro, Elflet as well as meet his new girl and meet one of my stepmother's brothers for the first time. There was also a nice shiny stocking for me :) Since we were at 13 Coins the food was of course yummy. I had a nice pasta with pesto, which I have been craving for a few days at least. Now I'm going to bum around until my 2nd meal at around 6pm. I feel full just thinking about it.

My Boots
