Probably TMI

Had my annual today. It went okay, the ARNP was really nice and remembered me from the "blood draw from hell" last year. I got the "healthy patient of the day" designation. Not smoking and copious exercise does wonders. Also got 3 months worth of pills and some hints on how to either get them cheaper of get my insurance to pay for them (highly unlikely, I know my insurance company).

On the other hand I feel icky. I either had too much caffeine today, something disagreed with me, and/or my insides got all shoved around (how shocking!)

Men should have to put their feet in the stirrups.
