Computers and Interviews

Today has been a busyish day. Got up, did the library thing, sending out a few resumes and picking up Breakfast at Tiffany's, then I did some grocery shopping and headed home to amuse the cat (my main purpose in life). Read a bit, fiddled about and then the phone rings. It was a phone interview for a resume I sent in a couple of weeks ago, and it looks like I made it to the second round. It might be an interesting position, so we shall see at least I know what I'm sending out isn't going completely into the abyss. After mom came home I headed over to dad's and I just finished typing up six cover letters that will get mailed/faxed out tomorrow, plus looking at a job I'll probably apply for over at YWCA.

Now I'm going to stop hogging Kathy's computer and head over to Fred Meyer to buy bread, english muffins, bras, and cat scratching post. I love the things you can buy at Freddies.

Tomorrow I'm going to make sort-of-chili and try and get some cleaning stuff done before practice. If I'm going to have to sit in my room and watch telly, the room might as well be tidy.
