Cold=Suck

So I've caught some kind of cold. Made Friday (2 interviews and errands) kind of suck ass. It got better after practice (great way to clear out your sinuses), when Sean and I went to a local Thai place we've been meaning to try and watched "O' Brother Where Art Thou?". Good fun, even if I felt like ick.

Today I woke up feeling worse. A trip to Bartell's (sinus meds and Ricola how I love thee), and a very long nap before practice and I feel almost human again. After that, Sean came by and we went off for Hot and Sour and Choy's, something nearly guaranteed to make me feel better. Hence, I'm now at World's End, rather than being curled up on the couch at home. Goodness.

Hopefully this spell of feeling better will continue, I've got five interviews in three days next week, starting with two on Monday. I'm less worried than about those on Tuesday, which are for two different community health centers. *crosses fingers*

Back to watching SG-1 now.

It is no fun being sick.

Be greatful that you are not at Osan AB Korea.

I wnt to the BX yesterday and took a look at the cold medication shelf and section and I think there was maybe only 7 or 8 boxs on the shelves in the whole section.

Conclusion: This entire base must be sick. Because the the shelves were full only about a week ago.
