I was going to write a post about the meet, but I'm too tired. I just finished eating my lunch. Once 4:00 rolls around I'll go back to tracking down missing patients. Then I'll leave work and drive to Auburn for practice. The upside to this is that I have a sample protein bar from a co-worker who sells Advocare products. At 25 grams of protein, this thing might make up for me not getting dinner 3 nights a week. We shall see.
