Temporary Abandonement

Well I'm going to have to abandon the project until I get home. I bought the strapping in too wide of a width, and trying to cut it in half didn't work, as it keeps trying to unravel and just generally act pissy. I have too much else to do to worry about this, so I'll wait until I get home and work on it then. I might even try the more detailed method of doing individual loops/squares for the lacing rather than running them off one long length of material, closer to rattail loops, but hidden. We shall see.

I might also see about shortening the skirt from the top, since the waistband is simply an elastic serged to the top and flipped over so it's self-contained. We shall see.

Now I'm going to try and force myself to Tesco. I need to pick things up but I feel poopy and don't really want to go out. Pheh.
