Practice and Frame Fun

Wow, last nights practice was.....practice-like. Only 4 people showed up (me, Minako, Valerie (?), and Mark) and I led the 30 lap warm-up (about 7min 30sec). Truck and trailer, scooter skating drills, and relays took up most of the time but OMG did I work. Slacking wasn't an option, since there were only 4 of us, so I just pushed through. Hopefully I can keep this up.
So, I think I have my frame almost fixed. I shifted it forward a notch like Francine suggested and it does make it easier not to lean so far forward. I think I also finally got them both laterally set in a decent position - not too far to the outside, but not too far in. Of course, this may all be for naught as I'm looking to replace my frame as soon as I can. The current Verducci is too heavy, it's done its job and now I want a new lighter shiny. But first, a job. Pretty much as soon as I get one I can afford a new frame. Both Bryce and Cally have their old ones up for sale and I'm sure one (if not both of them) would work nicely for my purposes (and won't push me into poverty).
Not much else happened yesterday. The cat pulled me into his magic sleeping sphere after I came home from grocery shopping and I napped the day away. I had just meant to sit down and read a few chapters of Elric, but instead I slept for two hours. Kitten magic.
Now I'm of to clean the house. I have floors to clean, laundry to fold, and a tub to scrub before practice tonight. It may be lame, but at least I feel like I'm getting something done.
